According to an update from the Guernsey government, a tax information exchange agreement with Anguilla was signed by Guernsey on 13 February 2020 and by Anguilla on 19 February 2020. The agreement is the first of its kind between the two jurisdictions and will enter into force on the first day of the second month after the ratification instruments are exchanged.
