The Swedish Ministry of Justice has issued a release announcing a draft law for the introduction of public Country-by-Country (CbC) reporting as required by Directive (EU) 2021/2101 (previous coverage). The requirements are largely in line with the Directive, although the public reporting threshold would be annual consolidated revenue of SEK 8 billion in each of the last two consecutive financial years, instead of the standard EUR 750 million.
