Slovenia's Financial Administration has announced the deferral of reporting on cross-border arrangements (DAC6) due to COVID-19 as provided by Council Directive (EU) 2020/876. This includes: the deadline for reporting on existing cross-border arrangements (25 June 2018 to 30 June 2020) will be extended from 31 August 2020 to 28 February 2021; the deadline for the first exchange of data on cross-border arrangements to be reported will be extended from 31 October 2020 to 30 April 2021; and the launch of the 30-day period for reporting on cross-border arrangements will be extended from 1 July 2020 to 1 January 2021.
