The Seychelles Ministry of Finance has issued a release denouncing the EU Council's Decision to add the country to the EU list of non-cooperative jurisdictions on 17 October 2023. This is the second time the Seychelles has been added to the list. It was first added in 2020 and subsequently removed in 2021.
