Rwanda reportedly published Law No. 115/01 in the Official Gazette on 11 November 2019, which provides for the ratification of the pending income tax treaty with Morocco. The treaty, signed 19 October 2016 ({News-2016-11-08/T/8-previous coverage}), is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force once the ratification instruments are exchanged.
