The Rwandan Council of Ministers had reportedly approved the pending income tax treaty with Morocco. The treaty, signed 19 October 2016, is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force once the ratification instruments are exchanged ({News-2016-11-08/T/8- previous coverage}).
