A Bureau’s proposal for a revised draft terms of reference (ToR) for a UN Framework Convention on International Tax was released on 19 July 2024. The revised draft takes stock from more than 100 submissions received following the release of a zero-draft ToR for public comment on 7 June 2024. Once approved by the General Council, the proposed ToR would serve as the agenda for the Second Session of the Ad-Hoc Group meeting which is scheduled to take place at the UN New York headquarters from 29 July to 16 August 2024.
