The Qatar General Tax Authority (GTA) has reportedly confirmed that taxpayers will be required to submit a transfer pricing declaration with their tax return if exceeding a specified revenue or asset value, which is expected to be set at QAR 10 million. The declaration is to be submitted with the return using the new Dhareeba tax portal and will include information on related-party transactions, including the transfer pricing method used to determine whether prices are at arm's length.
