On 27 August 2019, Qatar's instrument of ratification was issued by the Emir for the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement on Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information (MCAA). The MCAA, signed by Qatar on 10 November 2017, provides for the exchange of information under the OECD Common Reporting Standard (CRS). Click the following link for the list of signatories.
