22 December 2011 The amending protocol, signed on 27 October 2010, to the Germany - Switzerland Income and Capital Tax Treaty (1971), entered into force on 21 December 2011. The amending protocol generally applies from 1 January 2011 for the provisions on exchange of information and from 1 January 2012 for the remaining provisions.
