7 December 2011 According to the information published by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland, the amending protocol, signed on 6 April 2011, to the Malta - Poland Income Tax Treaty (1994), entered into force on 22 November 2011. The protocol generally applies from 1 January 2012.
