The protocol to the 1989 income and capital tax treaty between Denmark and India entered into force on 1 February 2015. The protocol, signed 10 October 2013, replaces Article 26 Exchange of Information bringing it in line with the OECD standard for information exchange. The protocol is the first to amend the treaty, and applies from the date of its entry into force.
