On 18 August 2021, Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers issued an order authorizing the Minister of Finance to sign an amending protocol to 2018 income tax treaty with Qatar. The protocol will be the first to amend the treaty and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
