The Government of Mauritius has announced the signing of an amending protocol to the 2019 income tax treaty with Kenya on 16 October 2019. The protocol is the first to amend the treaty, which was signed on 10 April 2019 and has not yet entered into force. Details of the protocol and the treaty will be published once available.
