The amending protocol to the 1980 income and capital tax treaty between Brazil and Norway entered into force on 18 July 2018. The protocol, signed 20 February 2014, replaces Article 27 (Exchange of Information) to bring it in line with the OECD standard for information exchange. The protocol is the second to amend the treaty and applies from the date of its entry into force.
