According to recent reports, officials from Belarus and Pakistan signed an amending protocol to the 2004 Belarus-Pakistan tax treaty on 5 October 2016. The protocol is the first to amend the treaty, and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged. Additional details will be published once available.
