On 29 March 2006, the Danish Minister of Taxation submitted Bill No. 205 to the Parliament. The Bill was adopted on 23 May 2006, and it introduces rules on a new tax account for companies. It is expected that the new rules apply from 1 January 2008. The Bill adopts a new tax collection method.
