The Senate, more specifically the Senate Budget and Finance Committee, rejected the bill that, amongst other things, would make the KSeF system and issuance of electronic invoices for B2G and B2B transactions mandatory. The reasons stated are that there are discrepancies in the bill that were found to be unconstitutional. While these aspects that were collectively deemed unconstitutional do not directly relate to KSeF itself, the bill in its entirety was rejected and inadvertently encompasses the system.
