Poland recently published the Notice of 28 February 2024 from the Ministry of Finance on an updated list of jurisdictions considered non-cooperative, which includes American Samoa, Fiji, Guam, Palau, Russia, and Trinidad and Tobago. The list considers the jurisdictions included in the latest EU list of non-cooperative jurisdictions that are not already listed in Poland's list of jurisdictions with harmful tax regimes (tax havens list). The tax havens list was last updated in March 2019 and includes: Andorra, Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Bahrain, British Virgin Islands, Cook Islands, Curacao, Dominica, Grenada, Hong Kong, Liberia, Macau, Maldives, Marshall Islands, Mauritius, Monaco,...
