Poland's Ministry of Finance has issued a release announcing a reduction in tax rates on energy supplies. This includes a reduction in the VAT rate on supplies of: Natural gas from 23% to 8%; Electricity from 23% to 5%; and Thermal energy from 23% to 8%. The reduction applies from January to March 2022.
