According to a recent update from Poland's Ministry of Finance, a proposal for the introduction of a retail sales tax has been submitted to the Council of Ministers. The tax was included in a number of proposals made by Poland's Law and Justice Party after taking control of parliament in October 2015 ({News-2015-10-30/P/2- previous coverage}).
