Poland is reportedly finalizing plans for the introduction of a new corporate tax regime for certain SMEs based on the corporate tax regime of Estonia. Under Estonia's regime, profits are generally only subject to tax when distributed. The new regime in Poland is to be finalized before the end of 2020 and will apply for SMEs with natural persons as shareholders and with annual income below PLN 50 million.
