Poland's Ministry of Finance has announced the launch of the final consultation on the mandatory use of the National e-Invoicing System (Krajowy System e-Faktur - KSeF). As previously reported, the KSeF was to be mandatory from 1 July 2024, but this was postponed to 1 February 2026, with certain obligations related to the KSeF postponed until the end of July 2026. Among other things, the final proposal under consultation includes that the KSeF will be mandatory for all taxpayers from: 1 February 2026 for taxpayers whose sales exceeded PLN 200 million in 2025; and 1 April 2026 for other taxpayers....
