Poland's Ministry of Finance has issued a release announcing that it will hold a consultation meeting regarding the adaption of the tax relief for R&D in the context of the Pillar 2 GloBE Rules. The tax relief for R&D includes special deduction rules for costs incurred in performing R&D activities. Entrepreneurs, employers' organizations, industry organizations, and other interested parties are invited to participate in the consultation on possible changes to the relief.
