According to a release from Poland's Ministry of Finance, President Andrzej Duda signed an amendment to the VAT Act on 5 June 2024 that extends the deadline for the mandatory use of the National e-Invoicing System (Krajowy System e-Faktur - KSeF) from 1 July 2024 to 1 February 2026.
