On February 10, 2025, the Philippine Bureau of Customs issued Customs Administrative Order (CAO) 001-2025, providing guidelines to Administrative Order No. 23-2024. The order introduces two new procedures relating to customs processing, as the Pre-border Technical Verification (PTV) and the Cross-border E-Invoicing (CEI) system are implemented.
