On 8 January 2019, Peru published Supreme Decree No. 003-2019-EF, which provides implementing regulations for the ultimate beneficiary disclosure requirements introduced by Legislative Decree No. 1372 in August 2018 ({News-2018-08-22/A/7-previous coverage}).
