According to a press release of 26 March 2023, published by the government of Paraguay, Paraguay and Spain signed an income tax treaty during the XXVIII Ibero-American Summit, held in Santo Domingo on 24 and 25 March 2023. The treaty is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged. Details of the treaty will be published once available.
