Paraguay's tax authority (SET) has announced the issuance of General Resolution No. 92 of 22 July 2021, which amends General Resolution No. 9/2007 in order to regulate the granting and management of tax payment facilities to taxpayers. This includes that taxpayers may request installment payment facilities through the Treasury Solicitor's Office (Abogacía del Tesoro - ABT) in relation to tax debts, fines, and surcharges.
