Panama's Ministry of Finance has confirmed that work is being done on domestic regulations that establish the obligation to present Country-by-Country (CbC) reports in Panama. The confirmation is included in a recent release on Panama's signing of the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement on the Exchange of Country-by-Country Reports (CbC MCAA) on 24 January 2019. The release also notes that work is being done on the list of jurisdictions with which Panama will activate the exchange of CbC reports under the CbC MCAA. Additional details will be published once available.
