Panama has published Resolution No. 201-7206 of 30 October 2019 in the Official Gazette, which provides a deadline extension for the filing of annual tax returns for certain companies. This includes that for returns normally due 30 November 2019, the deadline is extended to 31 December 2019 for companies with a multinational enterprise license and companies established in the Panama Pacifico Special Economic Area.
