On 16 March 2017, Panama deposited the ratification instrument for the OECD-Council of Europe Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters as amended by the 2010 protocol. Panama signed the convention as amended on 27 October 2016. According to the OECD overview of signatories to the convention, the convention will enter into force for Panama on 1 July 2017.
