The Palestine government has reportedly implemented a number of tax measures in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Measures include: The extension of the deadline for filing the annual corporate income tax return for 2019 to 30 June 2020 An exemption from late filing penalties for monthly VAT returns until the end of the emergency period; and The requirement for companies to file payroll and withholding tax forms electronically. Further, all tax authority procedures for audits/inspections, assessments, objections, and appeals have been suspended until the end of the emergency period.
