A release from the Norwegian Ministry of Finance has been published announcing that the late payment interest rate is set at 8.5% from 1 July 2018 to 31 December 2018, which is unchanged from the previous period. The rate is determined each half-year based on the Norges Bank's key interest rate plus at least eight percentage points.
