The Mauritius Government has announced that officials from Kenya and Mauritius signed a new income tax treaty on 10 April 2019. The new treaty replaces a treaty that was signed in 2012, but never entered into force (its ratification in Kenya was recently {News-2019-03-20/T/6- ruled unconstitutional}). Details of the new treaty will be published once available.
