The new income tax treaty between Denmark and France entered into force on 29 December 2023. The new treaty was signed on 4 February 2022. The prior treaty between the two countries was signed in 1957 and was terminated with effect from 1 January 2009. Taxes Covered The treaty covers Danish state income tax and municipal income tax. It covers French income tax, corporation tax, contributions on corporation tax, and general social contributions and contributions for the repayment of the social debt.
