The new income tax treaty between Denmark and France entered into force on 29 December 2023. The new treaty was signed on 4 February 2022. The prior treaty between the two countries was signed in 1957 and was terminated with effect from 1 January 2009. Taxes Covered The treaty covers Danish state income tax and municipal income tax.
