It is reported that the new Code of Tax Procedure (Law 4174/2013) was published on 26 July 2013. The new Code of Tax Procedure compliments the new Income Tax Code (seeGreece-1, News 23 July 2013). The new Code of Tax Procedure consolidates rules in the areas of tax compliance, assessment and collection of income tax, VAT, the upcoming real estate property tax, and all other taxes which are assessed and collected under the same framework.
