The Netherlands published Regulation no. 2024-00000192808 in the Official Gazette on 21 March 2024, which updates the list of jurisdictions for the automatic exchange of financial account information under the Common Reporting Standard (CRS). This includes the removal of Trinidad and Tobago and the addition of Georgia, Kenya, Liberia, Morocco, Moldova, Rwanda, and Ukraine.
