The Netherlands has published in the Official Gazette the regulation from the Minister of Health, Welfare, and Sport that sets the premium rates required under the Health Insurance Act for 2025 (ZVW). This includes a general health insurance premium rate of 6.51% (down from 6.57% in 2024), and a rate of 5.26% for pensioners, self-employed individuals, and entrepreneurs (down from 5.32% in 2024). The regulation also sets the maximum basis cap at EUR 75,864 in 2025, which is up from EUR 71,628 in 2024.
