The Dutch Government has issued a release announcing that the Cabinet will be ending most COVID-19 support measures on 1 October 2021, including the temporary emergency scheme for job retention (NOW), the fixed costs grant scheme (TVL), the self-employment income support and loan scheme (Tozo), the temporary support for essential costs (TONK). Various tax measures will also end, including the option to request a tax deferral.
