According to recent reports, Namibia is to be removed from the EU list of non-cooperative jurisdictions during an EU Council meeting scheduled for 12 November 2018, with the country included in the grey list of potentially non-cooperative jurisdictions for monitoring. If Namibia is removed, five jurisdictions would remain listed as non-cooperative, including American Samoa, Guam, Samoa, Trinidad and Tobago, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
