On 12 June 2014, the Moroccan government approved the law ratifying the tax treaty with Guinea. The agreement was signed 3 March 2014 and approved for ratification by Guinea on 23 may 2014. The treaty will enter into force once the ratification instruments are exchanged. Additional details will be published once available.
