On 14 December 2016, Monaco deposited the ratification instrument for the OECD-Council of Europe Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters as amended by the 2010 protocol. Monaco signed the convention as amended on 13 October 2014. According to the OECD overview of signatories to the convention, the convention will enter into force for Monaco on 1 April 2017.
