Moldova has published Decree No. 564 of 20 July 2022 in the Official Gazette, which provides for the ratification of the pending income tax treaty with France. The treaty, signed 15 June 2022, will enter into force the day after the ratification instruments are exchanged and will apply from 1 January of the year following its entry into force.
