Mexico is reportedly planning to move forward on a proposed digital services tax (DST) as part of the 2020 Budget. As first proposed in September 2018, the DST would be imposed at a rate of 3% on total revenue from digital service activities where a user accesses the service via a device in Mexico ({News-2018-09-17/P/2-previous coverage}).
