The Mexican Tax Administration (SAT) has issued a release on the response to the COVID-19 pandemic, including a call for taxpayers to meet their tax obligations, noting that tax collections/contributions are essential to maintain programs and fund the acquisition of medical equipment, supplies, etc. to serve the population during the health crisis. To date, no tax relief measures have been implemented by the SAT, and it is expected that no measures will be implemented, although this could change depending on how the situation progresses.
