On 26 June 2018, Lithuania published Law No. XIII-1271 of 14 June 2018, which provides for the ratification of the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent BEPS (MLI). Lithuania must now deposit its ratification instrument to bring the MLI into force for its covered agreements (tax treaties).
