According to a release from the Liechtenstein government, officials from Liechtenstein and Poland met on 14 February 2020 to discuss growing economic cooperation, including Liechtenstein's interest in the negotiation of an income tax treaty. Any resulting treaty would be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
