On 3 June 2014, the Kuwaiti Cabinet approved the law ratifying the income tax treaty with Kenya. The treaty was signed 12 November 2013, and is the first treaty of its kind between the two countries. It will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged. Additional details will be published once available.
