On 5 June, the Polish President signed an amendment, extending the deadline for implementing the mandatory KSeF to 1 February 2026, which means that until then, the rules for issuing invoices remain unchanged.   As previously mentioned, the mandate will kick off in two phases, starting with companies with a turnover exceeding PLN 200 million (ca.
